Entrepreneur Gym Bag Essentials: How I Stay Consistent While Running a Business

As a founder, educator, and entrepreneur, my schedule is packed — but one thing I’ve learned is that “I can’t build the life I want if I don’t feel good in my body”.

For me, committing to a consistent gym routine wasn’t just about changing how I looked — it was about channeling my anxious energy, building strength for the future, and creating a habit I could be proud of. I’m a self-proclaimed neurospicy girlie, so movement became my way to regulate, reset, and remind myself that I can follow through on something even on hard days.



🗓 My Weekly Workout Schedule

Consistency looks different every season, but right now, my “ideal weekly routine” includes:

  • 3 gym days - focused on strength training

  • 1 specialized class - like pilates or cycling

  • 1 restful movement day - with yoga, stretching, or a long walk


I don’t hit every single session perfectly, and that’s okay — if I get even 2 out of 3 in, I call it a win. This grace has helped me stay committed long-term.
